horrible experience
☺the staff was nice and helpful

☹well , they did not have room like the pictures . 
it’s not clean at all and , I stay 5 days and only one day they clean the room , one paper toilet for 4 person. the toilet stained and dirty. the pillows smelled horrible.

Really enjoyable stay, ended up staying for 2 weeks to explore all of Cusco city and the surrounding areas.
☺Staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and spacious. Price-quality ratio was extremely good. Bit out of the city centre but very easy to get a taxi because of the close proximity to the bus terminal.

☹Some rooms have less power outlets than you might need. This is not a big problem if you charge your devices in turns or with a power bank.
